GetCellReadOnly:Int(iColumn:Int, iRow:Int)
Returns the ReadOnly property of the cell.

Returns

True or False, if the cell is ReadOnly or not.

Parameters

• iColumn:Int - Column of the cell.
• iRow:Int - Row of the cell.
